All in stock orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Customers may return normally stocked products for refund if it is in re-sellable condition and if Skyhunt is notified of this intent within 30 days of its arrival at the customer's address. Initial and return shipping to Skyhunt is the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be refunded. Returned items may be subject to a restocking charge of 20% of the value of the returned product. Units damaged in shipping or product/parts found to have a manufacturing defect within 30 days of receipt will be repaired or replaced at Skyhunt's discretion - in this event Skyhunt will cover the cost of return shipping inside North America to the customer only.
Items that are custom made, ordered, or items specifically ordered in large quantities (well over quantities we normally stock) are generally not returnable.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
